At Rahim Sons Halal Meat, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure maximum freshness. All orders are flash-frozen and packed with dry ice or ice packs for safe transit.

📦 Order Processing
All orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

❄️ Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All our halal meat products are flash-frozen at peak freshness and shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel ice packs. This ensures your meat arrives at a safe temperature. Upon arrival, products may be partially thawed but are still safe — simply refrigerate and use within 2 days, or refreeze immediately.
📍 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous US states. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time via our carrier's website.
⚠️ Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or has temperature concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will work to resolve the issue promptly — your satisfaction is our priority.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, or quality concern), please contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
